Job Summary

Configure, administer, and optimize Adobe Workfront for enterprise clients, translating business requirements into scalable dashboards, reports, templates, forms, workflows, and governed automations. Partner with architects, analysts, and client stakeholders to design workflow models and governance frameworks, contribute to billable implementations, and document technical decisions. Continuously assess instance health and performance, support light integrations (including Workfront Fusion), and help teams through QA and user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and maintain Adobe Workfront environments including dashboards, reports, templates, request queues, custom forms, and workflows.
•Implement automations, approval paths, intake processes, and governance standards aligned to business requirements.
•Manage user setup, permissions, group management, and data governance controls; support ongoing instance maintenance and health.
•Translate business and functional requirements into structured, scalable Workfront configurations and define workflow models, reporting hierarchies, and governance frameworks.
•Assess and optimize existing client instances; support light automation development and integrations and assist with data cleanup, restructuring, and performance optimization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60 - 80 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Adobe Workfront.
•Strong understanding of project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or enterprise workflow environments.
•Experience building dashboards, reports, templates, custom forms, and automations aligned with business goals.
•Working knowledge of Workfront Fusion or other automation and integration tools; familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to operate consultatively in a client-facing environment.
