Key Responsibilities

•Participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) with professional and technical training and on-the-job learning.
•Gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processing through function-specific training.
•Support equipment activities such as maintaining, enhancing, and installing advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
•Drive process improvements and use data analysis to deepen knowledge of specific processes.
•Resolve application issues by designing, debugging, and correlating test hardware and software, and support quality/production outcomes as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Physics, or a related engineering field.
•Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
•Strong foundation in engineering principles plus problem-solving and analytical thinking.
•Understanding of tool monitoring and interdiction software, and equipment maintenance/documentation.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate across different functions.
