Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate real-world customer, government, and internal needs into ML questions, experiments, and deliverables.
  • •Build prototypes quickly by adapting models and analyzing unfamiliar datasets.
  • •Own research end-to-end: scope work, identify risks, set milestones, execute, and communicate progress.
  • •Adapt models and data by customizing WeatherMesh for regions, forecast targets, observation sources, and constraints.
  • •Partner with customers and research teams to explain models accurately and build trust through reliable execution.
