Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete lease close processes and reconciliations on a timely basis.
  • •Prepare complex monthly reconciliations and journal entries to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements.
  • •Pre-review abstracted lease data, CoStar amortization schedules, standard journals, and sublease invoices in CoStar.
  • •Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with SOX narratives/controls and relevant local regulatory requirements.
  • •Identify and implement efficiency improvements by optimizing Oracle/CoStar/BlackLine and adopting new technology; deliver KPIs and SLA targets.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred.
  • •Minimum 3 years of accounting and finance experience, including at least 2 years of leases experience and 1 year in a global organization.

  • •Strong communication (English) and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Spanish language is preferable.
