Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and update the resource schedule for Dubai Metro & Tram to ensure optimum normal and contingency service levels.
  • •Ensure strict implementation of the Resource Planning Procedure and fatigue management compliance.
  • •Maintain accurate staff resourcing, availability, and overtime records, coordinating with HR for correct processing and payment.
  • •Review and update operational rosters to meet commercial, operational, and safety requirements; adjust arrangements and escalate issues when needed.
  • •Prepare daily/alternate roster arrangements for special events, alternate service patterns, and emergency/degraded operations; record staff leaves in the HR integrated system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in data science or similar.
  • •3–5 years of experience in the Rail Industry.
  • •1 year experience in Resource Planning and Workforce Allocation.
  • •1 year experience as a Data Analyst.
  • •Fluency in English and intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, with advanced Excel skills.
