Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and develop arrangement and detail conceptual, FEED, studies, and detailed instrumentation design drawings to ensure clarity and constructability.
  • •Develop 3D models and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure clash-free designs and defined interfaces.
  • •Manage design deliverables: issue/update drawings and documentation per project specifications, procedures (MDR), and schedules.
  • •Raise technical queries/changes (including change notifications) and maintain holds lists when data is insufficient.
  • •Support verification and compliance by performing single/inter-discipline checks, reviewing IDC documentation, and updating material and weight take-offs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate with a diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Design or Drafting (or equivalent experience).
  • •6+ years with a major contractor or consultant, including 2+ years predominantly in oil and gas.
  • •Detailed knowledge of industry detailing standards and 2D/3D drafting systems (AutoCAD and/or MicroStation).
  • •Working experience in E3D and/or S3D.
  • •Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Auto Lisp programming and 3D model creation (menus and/or macro compilation).
