Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Program Security Team and ensure compliance for Collateral, SCI, and SAP programs while providing technical expertise and performance reviews.
  • •Oversee security reviews, inspections, staff assisted visits support, and conduct initial, recurring, and refresher security education training.
  • •Oversee accreditation of facilities and ensure accreditation artifacts are accurate and current.
  • •Review Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables for security (e.g., IS & Physical Security Plans, Management Plans, Test Plans) and provide recommendations.
  • •Assist with Program Protection Implementation Plans (PPIP) by reviewing and commenting on SOWs, contracts, RFPs, and Security Plans, and develop SOPs in accordance with government policy.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in Industrial Security.
  • •Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility (U.S. Citizenship Required).
  • •Experience with SAPs.
  • •Knowledge of applicable Government policies including NISPOM and DoD security policies (e.g., DoDM 5205.07, ICD/ICS 705, DoD 5105.21).
  • •Minimum 1 year managing and developing high-performing teams supporting Industrial Security management.
