Key Responsibilities

  • •Process vendor bills in ZIP P2P and Netsuite ERP for LATAM countries (Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia)
  • •Ensure billing compliance including Brazil NFe/NFSe and LATAM e-invoicing/IVA, plus correct expense impact, sales tax, and WHT deductions
  • •Manage the AP mailbox and respond to vendor queries
  • •Prepare vendor reconciliations and AP aging reports
  • •Create SOPs, develop AP processes, and participate in audits

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in accounting, administration, economics, or a related field
  • •3-5 years of experience as an AP Analyst
  • •Experience working with Netsuite ERP, ZIP, and Numeric
  • •Strong knowledge of MS Excel, GSheets, Tableau, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
  • •Knowledge of LATAM bill taxes and e-invoicing compliance legislation
