Accounts Payable Analyst

Manage accounts payable for LATAM vendor bills by processing invoices in ZIP P2P and Netsuite ERP, ensuring billing compliance and correct expense impact, sales tax, and WHT deductions. Handle the AP mailbox and vendor queries, prepare vendor reconciliations and AP aging reports, and support SOP creation and process improvements. Participate actively in audits and maintain transactional accuracy to provide reliable financial information for decision-making.
