  • •Lead, coach, and develop global teams for financial close, consolidation, and management reporting, including balance sheet and cash flow analysis.
  • •Run the consolidated monthly and quarterly close processes to ensure accurate, complete, and timely deliverables.
  • •Oversee consolidation of financial results and ensure integrity of consolidated financial statements.
  • •Drive quarterly executive management reporting, including results analysis, variance explanations, and commentary.
  • •Partner with External Reporting and support SEC filings (Forms 10-Q and 10-K), including coordination with auditors and stakeholders.
