Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • •Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • •Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store sales goals/KPIs
  • •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
  • •Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and shipment/stockroom tasks

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
  • •Experience with POS operations and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
  • •Strong English proficiency
  • •Experience with luxury retail and social media, including live-stream shopping or video demos, plus clienteling and data acquisition skills
  • •Ability to work a fast-paced environment and a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak season, high-traffic retail days, including public holidays)
