Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Factory in a Box program from initiation through implementation.
  • •Develop and maintain the integrated program roadmap, master schedule, milestones, and critical path.
  • •Coordinate work across engineering, procurement, systems integration, software/cloud, logistics/supply chain, and operational readiness.
  • •Establish program governance; chair weekly meetings and prepare executive status reports and Steering Committee presentations.
  • •Maintain RAID logs, manage risks/issues/dependencies, and coordinate vendor/partner performance and commitments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 60 - 90 hourly

  • •10+ years of progressively responsible experience in project and program management.
  • •Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional business transformation programs.
  • •Experience coordinating initiatives involving multiple business functions and technical disciplines.
