Key Responsibilities

  • •Retain and grow an existing portfolio of contractor clients while generating new revenue streams.
  • •Design and execute business development plans for target markets and build the pipeline of new opportunities.
  • •Serve as main point of contact for construction-sector clients’ risk management and insurance needs.
  • •Collaborate with Construction and Infrastructure colleagues to expand Aon’s presence in Québec, including identifying target accounts and preparing commercial proposals.
  • •Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, monitor industry/regulatory changes, and represent Aon at industry events and association meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience with construction and infrastructure risk.
  • •DEC or higher education in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience in a relevant industry.
  • •AMF license in commercial insurance.
  • •French / English bilingualism required for frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • •Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with demonstrated exceptional customer service; proficiency in MS Office software.
