Job Summary

Join Wise’s Quality Assurance team to deliver independent, risk-based assurance over complex, high-risk payment cases. You’ll execute quality checks and calibrations, lead thematic reviews, and act as a subject matter expert for escalations and root cause analysis. Partnering across Operations and control functions, you’ll drive consistent decision-making through calibration, mentor QA colleagues, and use advanced analytics and AI to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute quality checks and calibrations for complex, high-risk cases and lead thematic reviews using test scripts and scorecards.
•Act as a subject matter expert for complex queries/escalations, driving correct decisions and effective root cause analysis, and support audit/regulatory activity when required.
•Lead calibration activities internally within QA and with stakeholders to ensure consistent outcomes, challenging QA findings based on risk appetite and policy.
•Mentor colleagues and foster knowledge sharing and best practice to enhance team capabilities.
•Use advanced analytical techniques and AI to analyze QA outcomes and data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,950 - 3,600 monthly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of QA experience or experience handling cases in the Payments domain, including coaching others in relevant domain topics.
•Fluent in English (written and verbal) and able to clearly articulate recommendations.
•Strong understanding of QA methodologies, including testing procedures, scoring criteria, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
•Risk and compliance expertise, including the ability to identify and assess risks and interpret and apply policy requirements and guidance within a regulatory environment.
•Proficiency using systems, dashboards, and AI tools to analyze data and produce actionable insights.
