Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 2 finance and accounting professionals, including workload delegation and quality assurance.
  • •Own Tax, Statutory, and Group Management/IFRS reporting, and supervise Big 4 audits for group consolidation and PIT tax exemptions.
  • •Design, implement, and roll out SAP for the local entity.
  • •Reconcile customs records with local bookkeeping and ensure compliance with Desbas Free Zone accounting and reporting requirements.
  • •Supervise scrapping and scrap accounting, review payroll calculations and social security compliance, monitor transfer pricing compliance and gross margin control, and handle ad-hoc finance/operational tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent/native Turkish and Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English for interaction with tax authorities, customs, auditors, and Group HQ.
  • •3–5+ years in a senior accounting/finance leadership role within a manufacturing enterprise.
  • •Deep understanding of Turkish Free Zone regulations and tax incentives.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP (ERP) implementation/usage.
  • •Experience with Big 4 audit procedures.
