Lead cross-functional IT projects for Aon IT Platforms supporting Human Capital Services – Wealth – Retirement, owning end-to-end delivery including scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder communications. Bridge business analysis with technology teams, driving requirements definition and documentation in a hybrid, global IT environment.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery accountability across one or more concurrent projects — from initiation through to successful completion.
•Define and baseline project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies; maintain these throughout the project lifecycle.
•Produce and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards for stakeholder visibility.
•Drive timely decision-making across business and technology stakeholders, escalating blockers and issues as needed.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, operations, and IT to maintain delivery momentum.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of project management experience with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology programmes
•Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis or requirements management
•Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and ability to work effectively alongside Agile teams
•Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and senior leadership
•Experience in wealth management, retirement, or broader financial services preferred
