Key Responsibilities

  • •Own international freight across air, ocean, and courier shipments, primarily from Asia to Israel, the US, and the EU.
  • •Quote, negotiate, and book shipments with global freight leaders and select the right transport mode per shipment requirements.
  • •Lead customs and trade compliance end-to-end, including setting strategy, building playbooks, and guiding the Logistics Admin.
  • •Serve as the commercial partner on freight-heavy deals by advising on landed cost, Incoterm selection, and customer-side IOR requirements.
  • •Coordinate supplier-side execution by working daily with manufacturing partners on readiness, documentation, pickups, and shipment status in the platform.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on international logistics or freight-forwarding experience, ideally in contract manufacturing or hardware.
  • •Negotiated freight rates with forwarders and couriers.
  • •Strong documentation expertise in international trade (HTS codes, commercial invoices, packing lists, IORs, bonds, CBP correspondence).
  • •Commercial mindset around landed cost, Incoterms, margin, and customer experience.
  • •Clear, action-oriented communication; fluent in English and ability to support additional languages is a bonus.
