Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Avanade Next value methodology, including opportunity sizing, baseline assessment, benefit modelling, gate criteria, and verification.
  • •Maintain the APAC value benchmark library using verified client outcomes and set quality standards for value cases and benefits tracking.
  • •Support executives with analysis of opportunity size, investment required, delivery risk, and return profile; challenge weak or unproven benefit claims.
  • •Support value-based, outcome-based, and gain-share commercial models and work with GTM, Deals, and Consulting leaders to ground them in defensible value.
  • •Lead the Value Architect track, including hiring, onboarding, quality, and career progression, and deploy on strategic mandates to feed verified outcomes back into propositions.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in strategy consulting, value engineering, business case development, or corporate finance.
  • •Strong financial modelling under uncertainty, including outcome-based and/or gain-share perspectives.
  • •Experience building a method or standard that a team uses.
  • •Credibility with CFOs, COOs, and senior executives.
  • •Experience from a value assurance perspective and challenging benefit assumptions when weak or unproven.
