Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain real-time data sourcing/ingestion frameworks (event-driven) and related domain APIs and data stores.
  • •Design and implement data control frameworks to ensure data completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
  • •Identify AI-enabled use cases and deliver AI solutions across relevant business processes (e.g., data quality triage, root-cause analysis).
  • •Enable safe, controlled GenAI usage for both technical and non-technical outputs with correctness, auditability, and approvals.
  • •Support production stability through incident triage, root-cause analysis, runbooks, cut-off management, and controlled releases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •6+ years of engineering experience across the full software lifecycle, including hands-on development, testing, deployment, and production maintenance.
  • •Hands-on engineering ability in Java, plus solid SQL and data engineering skills.
  • •Extensive experience with microservices implementation and maintenance, and knowledge of non-functional testing and performance optimization.
  • •Experience with big data/data engineering (e.g., Kafka, Spark/Flink, Airflow, Iceberg, Trino/Presto) and building production-grade AI applications and SDLC validation.
