Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and create transport orders in JDA and SAP (export)
  • •Prepare shipping and export documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, freight letters, A.TR)
  • •Support the creation of export declarations and request additional export documents
  • •Provide all required documents for EU and export shipments and coordinate outbound export pick-ups with carriers
  • •Handle customer inquiries (including complaints, order status, quality requests, and prioritization) and serve as the point of contact for customs questions; deputize the Transport Manager

Key Requirements

  • •Completed commercial training or a degree with a business administration or logistics focus
  • •Minimum 5 years of professional experience in logistics, ideally with initial leadership experience
  • •Deep knowledge of European customs law
  • •Excellent German and English skills in speaking and writing
  • •Proficiency in common office software (MS-Office) and knowledge of warehousing systems such as SAP
