Job Summary

Support the Macro Regional Director in executing APAC regional strategies tied to global objectives. Own marketplace KPI monitoring across drivers, passengers, and balance, and deliver actionable insights to grow the network. Lead cross-functional regional initiatives as a PMO, coordinate business rhythms, and oversee country launch programs including delivery, budget alignment, and regulatory compliance. Serve as the regional voice to central teams and support partnerships, PR, and government relations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Macro Regional Director to develop and execute APAC regional strategies aligned with global objectives.
•Monitor marketplace KPIs across the RH marketplace at regional, country, and city levels.
•Generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance and grow the regional network.
•Lead cross-functional regional projects and act as PMO for regional initiatives, driving business rhythms and coordination across Marketing, Marketplace, and Operations.
•Oversee country launch projects to ensure timely delivery, budget alignment, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating with PR and GR teams.

•3–5 years of experience in multi-country operations, preferably within APAC.
•Proven project management experience as a PMO or within an operations function.

•Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
•Experience supporting or managing P&L, building business cases, and scenario planning.
