Branch Leader - Haile Plantation

Lead all aspects of an assigned bank branch by driving performance through coaching and management while building the branch’s business development and revenue growth. Partner with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Operations to ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls, risk management, and the Code of Ethics. Manage human capital responsibilities including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling, and represent Truist in the community to prospect new business.
