Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teammates.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue through small business development, new client strategies, and growth of small business and mass affluent client segments.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, including completion of required training.
  • •Partner with IRM and operations partners and coordinate with the area operations officer to support compliance and One Team culture.
  • •Manage human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, development planning, annual performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • •Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance.
  • •One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written and verbal skills.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and an applicable NMLS background check.
