  • •Provide significant day-to-day internal client legal support.
  • •Assess legal risk and provide legal advice to help resolve issues and mitigate legal exposure.
  • •Monitor legislation, regulations, and case law developments affecting the banking industry.
  • •Prepare and/or review legal documents and support litigation, bankruptcy, or alternative dispute resolution as applicable, including research and recordkeeping.
