Vans: Assistant Manager - Mall Of America

Lead and develop a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience at Vans. Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through sales goal performance, merchandising, inventory/shipping receiving, and daily store operations. In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full store responsibility. Support recruiting, onboarding, training, feedback, and development, while ensuring compliance with policies, operational standards, and a respectful, inclusive environment.
