Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integrated EPC planning, scheduling, forecasting, and progress measurement activities.
  • •Develop and maintain Level 3/4 schedules across engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and construction readiness.
  • •Monitor critical path, schedule performance, risks, trends, and recovery plans to drive actionable insights.
  • •Coordinate engineering and module fabrication planning, progress tracking, and milestone delivery.
  • •Manage schedule forecasting and reporting including earned value reporting, performance analytics, and executive schedule dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • •12–15 years of planning and scheduling experience on major EPC projects, including 5+ years in a lead role.
  • •Experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or major energy projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of EPC execution, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction planning.
  • •Proficiency in Primavera P6 and integrated EPC scheduling, including critical path (CPM), progress measurement/forecasting, and schedule risk/change management.
