Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage fiduciary risks, regulatory and tax compliance for TFS-managed structures and implement appropriate controls.
  • •Track and assess legal, regulatory, and tax changes impacting TFS business in relevant jurisdictions, escalating risks as necessary.
  • •Drive timely closure of fiduciary, regulatory, and tax issues through agreed action plans, tracking actions to completion and escalating as required.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders (including IT, transformation, and risk stewards) to design and implement solutions for regulatory, fiduciary, and tax obligations.
  • •Act as subject matter expert for trust technical matters with private client tax exposure, reviewing onboarding and restructuring cases and providing advisory input to enable timely decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience advising on or administering trusts, with working knowledge of private client tax issues (or proven private client tax experience with demonstratable trust exposure).
  • •Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  • •Ability to interpret new legislation and assess business impact; attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • •Experience in governance and risk management preferred; professional qualification in trusts, law, tax, or accounting desirable.
  • •Team player with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver technical training.
