  • •Formulate and execute project opportunity capture strategies, including teaming, positioning, required staffing, and delivery of projects/programs.
  • •Provide client relationship leadership as a visible trusted advisor, including promoting company values internally and externally.
  • •Administer projects and programs end-to-end (inception through contract closeout), managing objectives, policies, scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management.
  • •Manage, mentor, and develop staff to facilitate effective project/program delivery and engineering staff development.
  • •Support business development with prospecting and proposal development, provide technical expertise for studies/design, approve/sign off on work, and perform quality control reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 10 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency), including 2 years of leadership.
  • •Professional Engineer in the State of Idaho or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
  • •15+ years of progressive experience designing and delivering transportation projects.
  • •5+ years of experience with proposal and business development, including client presentations and relationship development.
  • •Established local client relationships (10+ years) with familiarity with Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) and ID counties, including specifications, policies, and procedures.
