Key Responsibilities

  • •Stay informed on current menu items and descriptions.
  • •Handle side duties including stocking and moving bar supplies (ice, liquor, beer, wine, coolers).
  • •Clean and assist with maintaining bar equipment and keeping areas sanitary and safe.
  • •Perform opening, running, and closing side duties according to venue/HOB policy.
  • •Separate and dispose of trash/recyclables properly, including operating the trash compactor and ensuring containers are clean and odor-free.
