Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute month/quarter/year close processes for the worldwide balance sheet in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • •Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • •Support financial statement disclosures and other external reporting requirements.
  • •Support unintegrated acquired entities, including reconciliations, manual journal entries, and subledger activities across multiple ERP environments.
  • •Support Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls and assist with internal/external audit documentation and inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification or CPA candidacy preferred.
  • •2+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate accounting.
  • •Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting requirements, and internal controls over financial reporting.
  • •Experience participating in month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation processes.
  • •Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
