Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead yield improvement and drive product, process, and quality improvements.
  • •Drive product debug and RMA activities, driving actions to closure.

  • •Analyze and correlate performance across device-to-subsystem levels to optimize in-process and final test specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a relevant major.
  • •5+ years of experience supporting design and NPI of high bit rate optical transponders.
  • •Deep experience with optical module production and process for QSFP-DD, OSFP, CFP2, and QSFP-112.
  • •Strong understanding of 100G/200G/400G/800G/1.6T optical module specifications and test requirements.
  • •In-depth knowledge of analog/digital electronics, RF, and optical communication circuits and components.
