Job Summary

Lead and scale an agile engineering team building GenStudio, a generative AI-first platform for digital marketing content management. Own delivery of fault-tolerant, highly available web applications and backend services, while partnering with teams across Adobe Experience Cloud/Marketing Cloud. Drive implementation, QA, CI/CD, monitoring, and architecture/code excellence, and mentor technical leaders to deliver customer-focused, high-impact solutions.

•Hire and directly lead engineers, driving implementation, QA, CI/CD, and application monitoring.

•Mentor technical leaders and set high standards for architecture and code design.
•Participate in feature/design and technology reviews, and manage scope, risks, and engineering processes.

Key Requirements

•B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent.
•5+ years of software development experience.
•2+ years of people management experience.
•Experience with SaaS products and strong web development know-how.
•Strong communication in English and ability to motivate, inspire, and grow team members.
