Key Responsibilities

  • •Own platform architecture in coordination with Chief & Product Management to define the product roadmap.
  • •Define platform modules for new products before design center execution, ensuring component reuse and cost-driven selections.
  • •Ensure NPD projects are fully scoped across all SKUs and support portfolio optimization through the product lifecycle.
  • •Identify standardization opportunities across NPD and current products to drive cost improvements.
  • •Own platform cost reporting and walk plans to optimize cost with cross-functional partners; determine module/sub-component cost budgets and collaborate on footprint move strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in product management, engineering, platform strategy, or technology leadership, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strategic, influential leadership with deep understanding of the product line and what drives success.
  • •Strong decision-making and ability to prioritize among disparate objectives.
  • •Strong communication skills to develop and deliver technical presentations, plus experience collaborating to build consensus.
