Key Responsibilities

•Own platform architecture in coordination with Chief & Product Management to define the product roadmap.
•Define platform modules for new products before design center execution, ensuring component reuse and cost-driven selections.
•Ensure NPD projects are fully scoped across all SKUs and support portfolio optimization through the product lifecycle.
•Identify standardization opportunities across NPD and current products to drive cost improvements.
•Own platform cost reporting and walk plans to optimize cost with cross-functional partners; determine module/sub-component cost budgets and collaborate on footprint move strategies.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in product management, engineering, platform strategy, or technology leadership, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•Strategic, influential leadership with deep understanding of the product line and what drives success.
•Strong decision-making and ability to prioritize among disparate objectives.
•Strong communication skills to develop and deliver technical presentations, plus experience collaborating to build consensus.
