Inside Sales Specialist

Manage existing customer opportunities for the Freight Forwarding business, working closely with the Field Sales team. Prepare and follow up on customer quotations, coordinate commercial communications, and ensure strong customer relationships. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline information, collaborate with Product, Pricing, and Operations teams to deliver timely customer responses, and identify opportunities to grow current customer business while complying with DP World commercial policies.
