Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Field Sales team with day-to-day commercial activities.

  • •Prepare and follow up on customer quotations and coordinate commercial follow-ups.

  • •Coordinate with Product, Pricing, and Operations teams and ensure compliance with DP World commercial policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • •1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or a related industry.
  • •Preferred experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Commercial Operations.
  • •Good command of written and spoken English.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
