Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships using pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, and referrals.
  • •Recommend and educate customers on appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
  • •Educate customers on optimizing their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
  • •Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or military service in a related administration/contracting role.
  • •Licenses: subject to additional background check requirements, including providing fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
  • •Preferred: bachelor’s degree and 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail/B2B sales.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build, deepen, and retain relationships.
  • •Demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, and customer service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
