Job Summary

Drive Sales Enablement and Go-to-Market execution for ServiceNow across one or more regions. Partner with sales, pre-sales, pursuit, and Customer Success teams to adapt and deploy pitch decks, value messages, industry content, RFP/RFI responses, and battlecards. Ensure demo environments are ready for PoVs, coordinate enablement and co-selling programs, and support strategic opportunities with recommendations and competitive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

•Support regional teams on ServiceNow solutions and industry offers.
•Develop, adapt, and deploy commercial tools and content (pitch decks, value messages, industry content) and drive adoption of sales playbooks and methodologies.
•Maintain and enrich RFP/RFI response content and help coordinate demonstrations and PoVs with Value Engineering accelerators.
•Organize and run sales training programs, identify upskilling needs, and coordinate co-selling programs with ServiceNow and partners.
•Contribute to strategic opportunities (SWAT/Tiger Team), provide recommendations to improve offer positioning, and support Customer Success regional deployment and Executive Business Reviews.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Pre-Sales, Pursuit Management, and Go-to-Market (GTM).
•Experience creating or distributing pitch decks, playbooks, RFP content, battlecards, and/or sales training materials.
•Ideally gained in a technology environment, ServiceNow, or a consulting firm.
•Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for enablement and stakeholder management.
•Ability to collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Portfolio, and Value Engineering, with strong project management skills.
