Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the senior technical advisor for strategic ISV and technology-partner engagements, including embedded software and AI/agent products.
  • •Conduct technical discovery and architecture reviews to align workloads, adoption paths, deployment models, customer segments, success criteria, and MongoDB value.
  • •Guide partners through repeatable technical validation and solution-assurance covering architecture, deployment, security/compliance, performance, scale, resilience, operability, upgrades, support ownership, and lifecycle management.
  • •Design reference architectures, integration patterns, sizing guidance, deployment blueprints, quickstarts, demos, troubleshooting guidance, and partner-facing documentation.
  • •Support design wins and technical co-sell motions by partnering with sales, field solution architects, product, marketing, and professional/technical services; deliver workshops and enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in software architecture, software engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or a related field.
  • •5+ years in technical pre-sales, partner engineering, enterprise architecture, or customer-facing technical leadership.
  • •Demonstrated experience working directly with ISVs, SaaS companies, OEMs, or strategic ecosystem partners.
  • •Strong understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, databases, APIs, networking, security, observability, high availability, and performance engineering.
  • •Ability to code or prototype in one or more modern languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#, or SQL.
