Key Responsibilities

  • •Problem analysis and approach: gather information, analyze, and decide on initial approach; adapt as needed and establish new processes if necessary
  • •Problem handovers and routing: drive problem aspects with teams, document data for resolution, ensure ownership and follow-up
  • •Repairs: advise and assist customer technical personnel in complex problems, replace parts, adjust settings, and lead non-routine service actions
  • •Procedures: negotiate machine time windows, plan and execute procedures, ensure all parts/tools are available
  • •Training / advice: train first line engineers and customers, develop internal training syllabus, recommend procedural changes

Key Requirements

  • •MS degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field with substantial experience; experience in the semiconductor industry
  • •Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics or electronics and semiconductor processes, plus relevant software
  • •Experience with data analysis tools and common office software (word, spreadsheet, presentation)
  • •Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence in a multidisciplinary environment
  • •Deep, specialized knowledge in primary competency
