Key Responsibilities

  • •Align business and technical strategies for the National Intelligence Sector (NIS) and serve as go-to technical expert for sector leadership.
  • •Lead solution strategy through the capture and proposal lifecycle, from early qualification through proposal submission.
  • •Coordinate and integrate enterprise solutions across capabilities such as enterprise IT, full spectrum cyber, AI/ML, and managed services; track and report future technology trends.
  • •Develop and lead technical win themes and solution readiness plans, including solution design artifacts and technical volumes/oral presentations.
  • •Recruit, hire, and manage solution architects and SMEs; coach junior resources and ensure proposals are compliant and differentiated.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •10+ years of experience architecting technical solutions and leading/supporting complex capture pursuits and proposals.
  • •Experience providing cybersecurity solutions to federal and DoD customers.
  • •Top Secret/SCI with poly clearance required at time of hire (must currently possess and be able to obtain).
  • •US citizenship required.
