Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface, building relationships and driving successful completion.
  • •Develop and manage the design process to meet client requirements and manage expectations.
  • •Review project plans and specifications, including scheduling, cost-saving measures, discrepancies, and potential construction problems.
  • •Manage project safety and environmental requirements, timelines, risks, and reporting.
  • •Manage project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track; coordinate vendor scope and support contract execution and timely document processing.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven project management experience in an Industrial / Manufacturing / Logistics / Pharma / Data Center / Real estate (or similar) technical environment.
  • •Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of the full project life cycle from inception and design through authority approvals, construction completion, and post-project review.
  • •Excellent knowledge and experience of key project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Excellent command of written and spoken Polish and English, with strong report and bid writing skills.
