Job Summary

Serve as a People Partner and trusted advisor for the Supply Chain function, supporting HR across the employee lifecycle. You’ll lead performance management and employee relations guidance, oversee day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, promotions, exits), and manage cyclical HR programs. Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Finance, and Legal to drive engagement, compliance, change leadership, succession planning, and HRIS accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as first point of contact for performance management and employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent policy application.
•Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, job changes, relocations, promotions, and exits in partnership with HR Business Partners.
•Administer cyclical HR programs such as engagement surveys and year-end processes, and partner on compensation, salary adjustments, and merit processes.
•Provide guidance on policy interpretation, investigate employee concerns, and recommend solutions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
•Lead talent management, organizational development, and change management initiatives; monitor HR metrics and maintain accurate HRIS employee records while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, and HR operations (equivalent education/experience considered).
•Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, with the judgment and discretion required for sensitive situations.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution and strong coaching ability.
•Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and trends, plus experience with change management.
