  • •Data-driven decision making: Analyze large datasets to create actionable insights, refine performance frameworks, and design experiments for market-specific campaigns.
  • •Develop localized strategies: Create and implement tailored strategies for driver and user activation/retention, ensuring cost-effective budget allocation for growth and profitability.
  • •Collaborate and support initiatives: Partner with cross-functional teams, provide market feedback for product enhancements and support regional/global projects like market expansions and peak season planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 2 years experience in operations, analytics, or growth roles in a tech start-up/ platform company preferred.
  • •Fresh graduates with relevant internships/projects may apply.
