Platform Growth and Operations Associate will use data insights and local market intelligence to grow the marketplace, optimize supply-demand balance, and improve user experience. Key Responsibilities

•Optimize supply-demand balance: Use driver incentives, user promotions, pricing strategies, and performance reviews to boost transactions, service quality, and user retention while addressing gaps.
•Data-driven decision making: Analyze large datasets to create actionable insights, refine performance frameworks, and design experiments for market-specific campaigns.
•Develop localized strategies: Create and implement tailored strategies for driver and user activation/retention, ensuring cost-effective budget allocation for growth and profitability.
•Collaborate and support initiatives: Partner with cross-functional teams, provide market feedback for product enhancements and support regional/global projects like market expansions and peak season planning.

Key Requirements

•Over 2 years experience in operations, analytics, or growth roles in a tech start-up/ platform company preferred.
•Fresh graduates with relevant internships/projects may apply.
•Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into action.
•Project management expertise with ability to juggle stakeholders (market teams and different functional teams).
•Good understanding of marketplace dynamics (e.g., pricing elasticity, churn drivers).
