Branch Manager

Lead and coach a branch team to deliver excellent client service while driving small business acquisition and growth through retention, expansion, and referrals. Own branch operations and compliance by guiding the team on operational/regulatory procedures, security, audit processes, and timely task completion. Manage staffing, recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management, and represent Key in the local community through client-facing outside calling and partnerships.
