  • •React to mechanical and electrical MHE breakdowns by locating faults, analyzing issues, and completing timely fixes to minimize downtime.
  • •Maintain accurate records of work activities, tasks, and parts used.
  • •Align priorities and monitor KPIs to support optimized customer service and daily operational goals.
  • •Work with inbound, pick, dispatch, and other support teams to coordinate planned engineering activities and labor direction.
  • •Perform assembly and sub-assembly repairs using written work instructions, blueprints, and schematics, including quality inspections and mentoring assigned maintenance engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s or vocational degree in an electrical or mechanical related discipline, or advanced training, with at least five years of experience.
  • •Minimum five years of direct experience in mechanical or electrical work.
  • •Knowledge/experience working with controls to analyze faults and provide solutions.
  • •Experience with both reactive and preventative maintenance.
  • •Comfort working at heights and strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills (including computerized maintenance management systems).
