Consumer Loan Coordinator II

Coordinate the processing of consumer real estate loan requests, renewals, and refinances by managing loan files and the documents needed for officer execution. Prepare and deliver regulatory loan disclosures, ensure loan types comply with lending policy and regulatory guidelines, and partner with internal and external stakeholders (customers, staff, counsel, and title companies) to coordinate closings. Work within the Loan Administration team supporting loan decisions and customer-facing coordination.
