Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a bridge between machine learning engineers and labelers to apply structure to unstructured data types like video, images, and text.
  • •Support project readiness with insights, RCA, and business metrics in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • •Create, maintain, and iterate SOPs; manage labeling template application and related criteria.
  • •Create and inject live/practice/test/2RQA queues and support data set uploads; contribute to golden data set creation and maintenance.
  • •Ensure quality and queue health by monitoring outputs vs KPIs/standards, performing audits, and recommending process improvements while training DUS team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in German and proficiency in English for communication with German markets and stakeholders.
  • •1+ years of operations experience in a tech or social media company, with data analytics experience.
  • •Proficiency in data interpretation and analysis, with understanding of AI and machine learning concepts related to data labeling (a plus).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with requestors and labelers.
  • •Experience training and supporting technical requirements, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks; project management experience preferred.
