Lead the FSQA team at the Verden site, driving food safety and quality processes in a fast-paced production environment. Manage a cross-functional interface between Production, Intralogistics, and Engineering, drive continuous improvement, and implement CAPAs while ensuring compliance with HACCP/GFSI and external audits. Fluent in English with good German, and lead a team to foster a proactive quality culture.
