Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the multi-year Consumer Experience technology vision, ensuring alignment with DTC business goals and emerging digital trends.
  • •Build and communicate a clear technology roadmap covering Web (desktop, PWA) and Native Mobile (iOS, Android) platforms.
  • •Champion AI-native engineering paradigm—from AI-assisted development workflows to front-end personalisation and intelligent UX embedded into the engineering culture from day one.
  • •Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding practices, design systems, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and performance benchmarks across all consumer-facing touchpoints.
  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a lean team of senior engineers while maintaining a high-trust, high-performance culture.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive engineering experience, with 5+ years in a senior engineering leadership role.
  • •Deep architectural and implementation expertise in modern front-end engineering: ReactJS, TypeScript, GraphQL (GQL), REST APIs.
  • •Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and headless CMS platforms (Sanity or equivalent).
  • •Demonstrable mobile engineering experience across React Native, iOS (Swift), and/or Android (Kotlin).
  • •Proven experience in shipping AI and LLM-driven capabilities in consumer-facing products, including decisions around model selection, latency and cost trade-offs, and reliability in production.
