Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the multi-year Consumer Experience technology vision, ensuring alignment with DTC business goals and emerging digital trends.
•Build and communicate a clear technology roadmap covering Web (desktop, PWA) and Native Mobile (iOS, Android) platforms.
•Champion AI-native engineering paradigm—from AI-assisted development workflows to front-end personalisation and intelligent UX embedded into the engineering culture from day one.
•Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding practices, design systems, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and performance benchmarks across all consumer-facing touchpoints.
•Lead, mentor, and grow a lean team of senior engineers while maintaining a high-trust, high-performance culture.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of progressive engineering experience, with 5+ years in a senior engineering leadership role.
•Deep architectural and implementation expertise in modern front-end engineering: ReactJS, TypeScript, GraphQL (GQL), REST APIs.
•Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and headless CMS platforms (Sanity or equivalent).
•Demonstrable mobile engineering experience across React Native, iOS (Swift), and/or Android (Kotlin).
•Proven experience in shipping AI and LLM-driven capabilities in consumer-facing products, including decisions around model selection, latency and cost trade-offs, and reliability in production.
