Job Summary

Own and evolve Tax and FCP reporting solutions within an agile Finance and Risk Tribe team. Create, clarify, and communicate product backlog items while driving transparent prioritization and acting as the primary interface between delivery and wider stakeholders. Support stakeholder voice, oversee team development and delivery progress, coordinate dependencies with other product owners, and contribute to the area’s strategic agenda across the Baltics.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, clarify, and communicate product backlog items.
•Lead transparent prioritization and serve as the primary interface between the delivery team and the wider organization.
•Support and manage stakeholders, bringing their voice to the delivery team.
•Oversee the team’s development and evaluate product development progress.
•Coordinate deliveries and dependencies with other product owners and teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,000 - 6,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Lead or in a similar role.
•Experience in Finance, Financial Crime Prevention (FCP), Regulatory Reporting or Data is an advantage.
•Excellent stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.
•Strong strategic thinking and innovative mindset.
•Strong analytical skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.
