Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and activate executive customer briefings from request through post-briefing follow-up.
  • •Consult with account teams to understand customer objectives and develop briefing strategies aligned to business goals.
  • •Design executive-level agendas and act as an advisor to sales/account teams, including agenda creation, sourcing discussion leaders, and leading prep sessions.
  • •Lead cross-functional coordination and planning meetings among sales leaders, executives, SMEs, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Manage briefing center daily operations and the facility/equipment readiness, including collaborating with teams/vendors and capturing attendee data for KPI/CRM reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,162 - 153,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10-12 years of relevant experience managing events, a briefing center, or customer-facing engagements, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience; graduate degree preferred.
  • •Expert knowledge of briefing center operations and executive customer engagements, including end-to-end briefing experience management.
  • •Strong organizational, project management, communication, and people skills, including the ability to work across the organization up to the C-suite.
  • •Experience using briefing systems and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects independently, adapt to last-minute changes, and maintain professionalism and attention to detail.
