Key Responsibilities

  • •Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation including API documentation, READMEs, runbooks, integration guides, architecture overviews, and SDK references.
  • •Partner with software engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and usability.
  • •Design structured training programs, onboarding materials, and self-serve learning paths for engineering audiences, including instructional videos and screencasts.
  • •Create AI adoption enablement content (tutorials, guides, and reference documentation) to help engineers adopt AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
  • •Write documentation units and regression tests for new interfaces, and provide third-level support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience via a recognized coding bootcamp or relevant technical certification).
