Job Summary

Design and optimize advanced patterning process flows for display and semiconductor manufacturing. You’ll collect and analyze experimental data, perform hardware characterization, troubleshoot process issues, and measure film properties. Drive continuous improvement across key process metrics such as CD uniformity, LER/LWR, DOF, exposure latitude, SPC, yield, and defectivity. Partner with process/integration teams, external partners, and internal R&D groups to resolve complex challenges and communicate technical findings with minimal supervision.

•Develop and optimize new or modified patterning test vehicle flows; compile, analyze, and evaluate experimental data to establish process windows and specifications.
•Provide technical leadership for continuous improvement of advanced patterning short-loop processes and drive key metric improvements (CD, CDU, LER, LWR, DOF, exposure latitude, SPC, yield, defectivity).
•Partner with process and integration engineering teams to develop integrated process flows, implement methodologies, troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex issues.
•Collaborate with external partners on joint development programs by designing experiments, collecting/analyzing data, and preparing technical reports.
•Engage with internal and external customers to address complex process engineering challenges, communicate technical findings, and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
•4 to 7 years of semiconductor experience in advanced lithography, patterning, or semiconductor process development.
•Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with strong analytical skills, engineering judgment, and hands-on experimentation.
•Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation skills.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
